The equipment and systems of a 300-ton capacity wine cellar of European and traditional winemaking technology, supply/installation/training of operators/start-up of production on 1 September 2022.

  • Grape reception – Destemmer & crusher/screw pump of grape must / pneumatic grape press.
  • Tanks – European stainless steel (SS) tanks/vinification with automated recirculation – over pump/wine storage / thermos-isolated tanks for cold stabilization of the wine. All SS tanks in the cellar are equipped with time relays and cooling jackets.
  • Refrigeration system – to control the temperature of fermentation, cold stabilization in isolated thermos tanks, and wine storage -all tanks in the cellar are equipped with automatic systems and cooling jackets to control the temperature of the tanks.
  • Pumps – for moving wine and wine must.
  • Filtration – plate filter/diatomic – kizilgur and membrane – microfiltration at the final stage of wine bottling.
  • Wine and vodka – „Chacha“ bottling line: rotary triblock – rinsing/filling / natural wine straight cork – vacuum, nitrogen options.
